Find Your New Home

Have you thought about who will be representing you as you make a move in real-estate? There are a lot of realtors out there and you may know more than one. The question is, are they the right one for you? A quick and easy way to answer this question is to find out if this person an above, below, or average realtor? If someone tells you they are “number 1” ask them to prove it!

  • What are their personal stats?

    • Average days on market for their listings

    • Average percentage of the list price do their homes sell for

    • Percentage of sold listings

  • What is the average for the market?

    • Average days on market for listings

    • Average percentage of the list price do homes sell for

    • Percentage of sold listings

At the end of the day you want to make sure you are getting the best representation for your money!

  • How quickly can they get you into a listing?

  • What do they do when it comes time to make an offer?

  • Are you getting all the listings you are looking for or just the ones they want to sell you?

Having a realtor work for you means just that, someone who is looking out for your best interests. The listing realtor is legally obligated to look out for the seller’s best interests… The question is, are those interests the same as yours???

When a home is sold total commission paid by the seller is the same if you use your realtor or theirs. Who is working for you?
